Makhani

Marinated in herbs and spices preapred in a clay oven. Re-cooked in a special mild sauce. Made with pure ghee, almonds and sultanas.

Passanda

The passanda dish is marinated in herbs and spices, prepared in a spcial mild yoghurt sauce, almond powder and cream.

Badami

A very mild dish prepared with cashew nut powder, sugar and peanut butter producing a creamy and sweet taste.

Pilli Pilli

Cooked with a barbecued tomatoes, coriander, onions and capsicum, mustard sauce, served in a thick medium sauce.

Ponir

Cooked with onions, tomatoes and coriander. Served in a thick bhuna sauce with cheese on top.

Garlic

This is a new and unique dish prepared with freshly diced garlic, onion, coriander, green and red pepper and tomatoes in a relatively medium sauce.

Sagwalla

These dish are cooked in fresh, spice, hersbs, fresh garlic, onion, capsicum and fresh coriander. Its a medium sauce strength dish.

Korai

Prepared with fresh coriander green and red peppers, onion, tomatoes and mustard sauce. A spicy dish.

Chanawalla

Thoroughly garnished dish with onions, capsicum, tomatoes and chick peas, with selected spices and herbs, fresh coriander to provide medium strength dish.

Bengal

This is a new and unique dish prepared with mango pickle, onion, green pepper and tomatoes with selected spices and herbs and fresh coriander. It is a spicy dish but sour taste.

Chilli Massala

Cooked with onions, tomatoes, capsicum, slice of green chillies, almond powder and coriander. Very hot dish.

Jalfrezi

Prepared in a fairly hot dry sauce with fresh green chillies, capsicum, onions and tomatoes. a fairly hot dish.

Curry

A sauce of medium consistency using a wide range of herbs, spices, coriander and tomatoes.

Bhuna

Thoroughly garnished dish with onions, capsicum and tomatoes with selected spices and herbs, fresh coriander to provide medium strength dish.

Rogan Josh

Prepared in a medium dry sauce with onions and capsicum, topped with cooked tomatoes and coriander.

Dupiaza

Prepared in a medium dry sauce with various spices, cooked with diced onions, green and red peppers, tomatoes and coriander.

Methi

Prepared in a medium dry sauce with onions, garnished with methi leaves to give a smooth taste.

Madras

South Indian version having greater preparation of garam massala, touch of onion, coriander, capsicum, lemon and hot spices.

Dansak

A sweet hot and sour dish, cooked with lentils, pineapples, fresh lemon and coriander.

Ceylon

A fairly hot dish cooked with coconut, lemon and hot spices.

Patia

Prepared with red chillies, green pepperss, onions, lemona and some medium spices to give a sweet, hot and sour taste.

Vindaloo (very hot)

Related to the madras but involving a generous use of hot spice, fresh coriander and potatoes.

Phall (very, very hot)

A very very hot dish cooked with chilli powder, garam masala, coriander for a hot spice fully flavour of chilies.

Kurma

A very mild dish prepared with coconut, almond and sultanas , producing a creamy and sweet taste.

Kashmiri

A very mild dish prepared with banana, lychee, cream with flakes of almond and sultanas.

Malaya

A very mild dish prepared with pineapple, banana, flakes of almonds, sultanas and cream, creating a fruity flavour.

Biryani

Made with special flavoured basmati rice together with a mix true of spices, sultanas and almonds. Served with a separate vegetable curry.
